Housed in a 70s building, the original apartment was composed of 3 bedrooms facing south, common areas facing north, as well as 2 interior bathrooms.

The familial needs inspired the premises for this project, which were based on the change of ttypology to a 2-bedroom apartment and the orientation of the program, bringing the social area to south and the bedrooms to north. Maximizing the amount of light in the circulation areas was also one of the premises.
